How to become a Member:

The first step is to come visit us at one of our weekly club meetings by clicking the Contact Us button to introduce yourself and confirm your attendance. You can also email our Vice President of Membership, Emma directly at: vpm-5370@toastmastersclubs.org. 

You are welcome to attend a meeting as a guest to check us out and see if joining our club will help you achieve your goals.  Once you contact our VPM, Emma, she will send you the zoom link to our meetings.

After attending a meeting, Emma will provide you with a membership application form, answer any questions, and fill you in on our annual and semi-annual membership fees. The membership application form is also available in our Public Downloads https://westenders.toastmastersclubs.org/downloads.html

Membership Fees: 

You can choose either an Annual Membership for $144, or a Semi-Annual Membership for $72.  There is also a one-time fee for new Members which is $26 (this is for your first path of the Pathways program, online material).

If you choose the printed materials option for your path, there is a $25 printing fee. The cost for an additional path is $20, and if you elect to work in printed materials, the $25 printing fee also applies. 

There are no monthly memberships but you can add additional months (at the cost of $12/month) to your semi-annual or annual membership.  Our milestones are October 1 and April 1, which means we will prorate your membership payment from the date you sign up to the next milestone date, depending on your choice of 6-month or 12-month membership. Memberships are also transferable among clubs, so in the event that you need to join another club, the remainder of your membership can be transferred over to another toastmasters club.

If this membership sounds right to you, fill out the membership form and send it to Emma Glover (VP of Membership).  We will require payment via etransfer and then your application will be sent to Toastmasters International for processing and you will later receive access to our website as a member and start receiving information on upcoming club meetings and events.
